Paris, France
I visited Paris and Chamonix in 1999 and 2000. Megan and I visited Paris in 2007, then Megan and I visited Paris again in 2019. I still need to find some more of my pictures from 1999 and 2000, then scan those pictures in and add those pictures to this page.

Obelisque de Louxor at Place de la Concorde with Eiffel Tower in the background. (2007)

Eiffel Tower. (1999)

Just after sunset at the Eiffel Tower. This picture was taken at the Trocadéro Gardens, accros the Sienne river from the Eiffel Tower. (2019)

Sainte-Chapelle. There are many, many amazing churches in Europe, but this is one that is not to be missed. This church is very unique compared to the other churches we've visited in Europe. It is much smaller and almost entirely covered with stained glass windows. This was our second time seeing this awesome church. The first time we saw it in 2007 there were very few visitors (compare the 2007 picture with Megan that's about 6 pictures above this one, to the 2019 picture with me below). It was almost empty back in 2007.

Another picture from inside Sainte-Chapelle. (2019)

This picture is from the Le Train Bleu restaurant located in the hall of the Gare de Lyon railway station. (2019)

Uhmmmmmm. Ok. (2019)

There was a big crazy celebration near the Eiffel Tower following a Soccer-Football match that took place earlier that day. (2019)

Chamonix, France

Chamonix. (1999)

Near Chamonix is the Mer de Glace (Sea of Ice) glacier. (1999)

Ice caves are made each year in the Mer de Glace (Sea of Ice). You can see about how much the glacier moves each year by the difference in the location of the caves. If you look closely at the far right cave you can see people walking into the cave. (1999)
