Spain
Spain is incredible! Everyone is out in the evenings walking around, having tapas and enjoying gelato. I traveled throughput Spain in 1999. In 1999 I visited Barcelona, Madrid, Pamplona, Mallorca and Benidorm. Then in 2015 we visited Seville, Granada and Barcelona.
Barcelona, Spain
The Barcelona pictures are mix from the 2015 Trip page and Spain trip I took back in 1999, so some of the pictures are duplicates from the 2015 Trip page.

Here we are at the Joan Miro museum. I'm defintley NOT an art aficionado, far far from it, but I thought the art in this musuem was way cool. (2015)

The Gaudi designed cathedral, Sagrada Familia. Expected completion is 2026, which is the 100 year anniversary of Gaudis death, but they still have a lot to do. (2015)

Madrid, Spain
I still have to go through my old pictures from 1999 and find my Madrid pictures, then scan them in so I can add them to this page. Below is 1 picture from Madrid, but I have more that I have to find.

Madrid City Hall. (1999)
Segovia, Spain
About an hour northwest of Madrid is the historic ciy of Segovia. It is an easy day trip from Madrid. These pictures are from a trip to Europe in 1999.

Pamplona, Spain
This is the town that has the running with the bulls. You party all night long, then in the morning you run down the streets with bulls chasing you ..... smart. All the Pamplona pictures are from 1999.

Partying the night before. It's always good to have a couple cocktails before running with bulls. (1999)

Waiting for the bulls to be released. (1999)

The bulls have been released! (1999)

By the end we almost looked the part. Ehhh, maybe not almost .... a little? (1999)
Seville, Spain
The Seville pictures are the same as the Seville pictures from the 2015 Trip page, so if you already looked at those pictures then skip on down.

Yummy! Yummy! Yum, Yum! Luckily we walk, on average, 10 miles a day when we are traveling, because I am constantly stuffing my face with delicious Gelato. (2015)
Granada, Spain
The Granada pictures are the same as the Granada pictures from the 2015 Trip page, so if you already looked at those pictures then skip on down.

Mallorca, Spain
Mallorca is all about the party, and party we did. My first and only Foam party. I remember (barely remember) drinking red bull and vodka to pre-party because the actual Foam party didn't start until 2am, yes start at 2am. Here's some pictures. These pictures are from 1999.

I remember being told that when your covered with foam, pull your shirt over face in order to breath, and I remember that working..... just a fun fact in case you are ever at a foam party. (1999)

Yahoo! Party! (1999)
